Dave Portnoy, the founder of Barstool Sports and known for his "One Bite" pizza reviews, recently reviewed two pizzerias in Quincy, MA: Bravo Pizzeria and Liberty Tavern.
Bravo Pizzeria received a score of 7.4 from Portnoy. He praised the pizza’s flavor, calling it a good “football, cold weather pizza.” Overall, he considered it a solid option for a New York-style slice, enjoying the balance of the ingredients and the decent structure of the pizza.
Liberty Tavern, on the other hand, scored a 6.4. Portnoy's review highlighted some criticisms about the pizza's texture and taste. He mentioned that while it was a decent slice, it was a bit greasy. The score reflects a satisfactory but not exceptional experience.
Portnoy's reviews continue to influence pizza lovers who follow his journey to find the best slices across the country. You can find more detailed reviews and videos on his One Bite app and the Barstool Sports website.
